HOW DO I PURCHASE ?

There are a few payment methods as listed below:

  • You can pay with Bitcoin by visiting our Shop Page and adding the desired items to your cart (you can view your shopping cart in the top Menu section).
  • You can pay by Litecoin or Ethereum also, calculate your item cost, then see the payment instructions in the right sidebar of our site.
  • Paypal users can now use metamask to buy crypto, and then you can buy from ours site using any of the above cryptocurrencies.
  • You can pay by Payoneer too, but there is a minimum sending limit of $50. You can also pay by Skrill or Webmoney.

HOW AND WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY ORDER?

  • Orders made via our site using Bitcoin are delivered in about 8-24 hours after payment (if any staff members are online you will receive your order in a couple of minutes). The order will be delivered on the email you specify during checkout.
  • In case you paid using LTC/ETH, we’re waiting for you to contact us so we can arrange on where to deliver your order.
  • If you contact us to arrange a Payoneer, Skrill or Webmoney order, then we will be already in touch about where to deliver your order.
  • Orders made via Skype/Discord can be delivered in a couple of minutes if a staff member is online.

Social media accounts are usually delivered in .txt and/or .xls file format.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRESHER AND AGED ACCOUNTS?

The fresher the account, the more is sensible at actions in the first days of use, and more likely to ask for phone verification at login or after a few actions. The more aged, the more it can endure. However, while aged accounts can easily accept login from other locations and resist at more daily actions, it is safer to warm up any account regardless of age, like proceeding with only a few actions daily, for a few days. If fresh accounts are warmed up properly, in time they can be as much as effective as aged accounts.

HOW MANY ACCOUNTS/PROXY? WHAT PROXIES SHOULD I USE?

The safest way is to use 1 account per proxy. You can also add the second account per proxy after at least 3 days since adding the first account (if the proxy is dedicated), and when doing so, the accounts on the same proxy should run in different times of the day to avoid reaching IP limits. Although we don’t like recommending proxy providers due to the reasons here, we will however list here some of the providers we used with decent results:

WHAT IS THE CREATION LOCATION ? AND HOW MANY ACCOUNTS / IP?

The accounts are created on European IP’s. 1 acc / 1 IP. However, they can login fine from other locations outside of Europe, like US or Asia. In most of the cases they ask for email verify, which can be easily done. The most important thing to know is that they are created with enough randomized data so they will stay safe long term (if proper used).

WHAT IS PHONE VERIFYING (PVA)?

PVA is a security feature for the accounts, but on the other side, attaching and verifying a phone number to an account can boost its trust factor. However, the account is not immune if detected with spamming, thus, don’t treat PVA as a magic armor.

NON-PVA ACCOUNTS WILL ASK FOR PHONE VERIFY?

About 10-15% of the non-PVA accounts can ask for phone verify at login, and the rest of them will ask for PV at some point during working, this is normal. Please see this post on ‘How to safely phone verify social media accounts‘.

IN MASSPLANNER, STATUS SHOWS PHONE VERIFY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you get phone verify status in Massplanner, please manually browse into the account and check for yourself, as it may only be an email verify request. If there is indeed a phone verify screen, then you can proceed to phone verify the account, check the answer above to find how.

HOW DO I EMAIL VERIFY AN ACCOUNT?

You need to click on verify by email link when Instagram ask it, then you need to log into the email that came with the Instargam account, and get the 6 digit code from the verify email sent by Instagram. The last step is to paste the code in the box where Instagram asks for it, and press verify. Done.

DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS?

Let’s say I upload accounts to Massplanner or Followliker and do nothing but verify and let it rest for a day before doing anything. So if after importing and verifying I get banned accounts, no replacement are given?

All account URL’s are checked to be live right before delivering, and people can boil the accounts in N ways once they get them, for that matter, we can’t offer refunds or replacements, and we will elaborate on why below:

For accounts to pass the above steps: login on proxies, and email/phone verify on those proxies in Massplanner, Followliker or any other automation software, implies anti-spam filters that does not necessarily act upon our account quality, it’s more about proxy and phone number quality, and delays between verifies on the same proxy subnet. Flagged proxies and phone numbers, as well as short times between verifies on same IP subnets (like adding and verifying accounts on the same IP range 188.24.55.XX), can trigger blocks and bans, which is not under our control.

A safer approach is to only verify a small batch of accounts, like 5-10, and see how it goes. If there are serious issues stop adding accounts and try to find a solution or contact us about it (we may give some advice), before having all the accounts broken.

CAN I STORE THE ACCOUNTS UNUSED?

Virtually yes. In reality, every site has its own terms and particularities, thus a purge (cleaning of inactive accounts) could happen at anytime, making the accounts inaccessible or their usernames released to be newly registered. To avoid this happening, it’s best to start using the accounts as soon as possible after receiving them.
