1. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Grid Trading Bot – End User License Agreement

IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and 123accs.com (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) for the Grid Trading Bot software (“Software”).

BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

1.1 LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal trading activities.

1.2 RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Remove or modify any copyright notices
  • Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software for illegal activities
  • Share your license key with others

1.3 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY OF TRADING RESULTS

1.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
  • TRADING LOSSES OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES
  • DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE

1.5 TERMINATION

This license terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

2. TERMS OF SERVICE

2.1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using our grid trading bot software and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2.2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Our grid trading bot is an automated software tool designed to execute cryptocurrency trading strategies. The Software is a tool only and does not constitute financial advice.

2.3 USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  • You understand cryptocurrency trading risks
  • You will comply with all applicable laws
  • You will secure your API credentials and accounts
  • You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

I, the undersigned user (“User”), understand and acknowledge that:

5.1 ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Grid Trading Bot, including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses from trading activities
  • Technical malfunctions or failures
  • Market volatility and unpredictable price movements
  • Exchange-related issues or downtime

5.2 RELEASE OF CLAIMS

I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, and COVENANT NOT TO SUE 123accs.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while using the Software.

5.3 INDEMNIFICATION

I agree to INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS 123accs.com from any loss, liability, damage, or costs that may be incurred due to my use of the Software.

5.4 NO WARRANTIES

I understand that 123accs.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the Software’s performance, profitability, or suitability for any purpose.

5.5 SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this waiver is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

If any provision of these agreements is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.2 GOVERNING LAW

These agreements shall be governed by the laws of Romania without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.3 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Romania.

9.4 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These documents constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
